Synopsis :
Barred from teaching in Tehran, Ahmad has been relegated to a remote village in Iranian Baluchistan, on the Afghan border. He goes on teaching the village children and crosses paths with a family of Hazara refugees fleeing the Taliban. When a forbidden love between two communities reignites ethnic and religious tensions, the teacher is caught in the middle. A film about the nature of commitment — to a cause, a belief, or a person.
