Synopsis :
In an oppressive nation where protest and free speech are forbidden, the authorities take a brutal decision: to sever the tongues of their citizens, their last means of communication. The film follows the inhabitants of one city as they face this fate — until the moment it becomes their turn. Told entirely without dialogue.
